In view of the manner in which the execution proceeding has been pending, I direct the Additional Superintendent of Police and/or SDPO-incharge of Nabadwip P.S. to monitor the execution of warrant of arrest and submit a report in each and every month to the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court and/or

Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court-in-charge, Barrackpore.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 21313 of 2025 is disposed of.
