The Officer-in-Charge of Baguijati Police Station and the Investigating Officer of the case, are both personally present in court. Their personal appearance is dispensed with. 2.

We are told that although there are 6 more charge sheet named witnesses who are yet to be examined, the prosecution shall examine only 3 more witnesses. Therefore, there is no error in the report that was filed on behalf of the State. 3.

Accordingly, this matter is closed.
