Mr. Saha learned Advocate for the State respondents submits that in compliance with the direction dated February 13, 2025, the Chairman of the District Primary School Council, Birbhum and the District Inspector of Schools (P.E.), District :

Birbhum, the respondent nos. 4 and 7 respectively herein had taken steps for release of full salary of the petitioner. Mr. Saha files the instruction which he has received from the Commissioner of School Education, Government of West Bengal, the respondent no.8 herein, the said instruction is as follows :- "The District Primary School Council, Birbhum has forwarded the matter to this Directorate seeking intervention, so that the salary of the petitioner may be released through online portal under ROPA 2019. Now

necessary action is being taken to upgrade the salary profile in online portal from this end, so that his salary may be released through online portal as per ROPA 2019. It is expected that the profile updation process will be completed within this week and after that salary bill will be processed online and submitted by the DPSC Birbhum for release of salary to the petitioner through the concerned treasury."

In view of the aforementioned development WPA 21932 of 2024 is disposed of with a direction to release the full salary of the petitioner and the arrears thereof, if any, as expeditiously as possible.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
