Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Aniket Mitra, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appearance may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

The present application has been preferred for transfer of Burdwan Police Station Case No.283 of 2023 dated 03.03.2023. Having regard to the fact that the investigation of the case is still in progress, I am not inclined to interfere with the transfer at this stage prior to the report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure being filed before the jurisdictional court. Petitioner is granted liberty to advance the prayer, if situation so demands at the appropriate stage after submission of the report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3334 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
