Mr. Bhattacharya, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the representation of January 20, 2025 made by the petitioners with the respondent no. 3 has not yet been disposed of. The representation is essentially seeking leave to initiate proceedings under Section 150(4) of the West Bengal Cooperative Societies Act, 2006 against such Chairperson.

Mr. Sureka, learned counsel represents the respondent nos. 2 to 4.

Respondent no. 2 is directed to consider the representation upon adequate notice of hearing to the petitioner and dispose of the same by January 31, 2026.

With the afore-stated direction, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
