The order dated November 22, 2022 is recalled. The writ petition is restored to its original file and number.

Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2023 is allowed and disposed of.

WPA No. 20670 of 2018 Affidavit-in-opposition filed in Court today is taken on record.

The petitioners are aggrieved by investigation into FIR No. 490 dated 16.07.2018 registered with Belgharia Police Station.

The State has used an affidavit-inopposition. It appears that charge sheet in the matter has been filed and trial had commenced. Counsel for the State submits that he has information that the trial has been completed and the accused has been acquitted.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the instant writ petition.

W.P.A. 20670 of 2018 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
