The learned Trial Judge by the order impugned dated July 24, 2024 has dismissed the Title Suit No.314 of 2018 for non-prosecution, challenge to the said order in revision is an entirely misconceived action.

C.O. 3121 of 2024 is dismissed as not maintainable without any order as to costs.
