(AD 13) suman Mr. Chirantan Sarkar Mr. Niraj Kumar Singh ... for the petitioner It is the case of the petitioner that he serves as a guest lecturer in the department of Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Computer Application at Burdwan Raj College.

The college has forwarded the name of the petitioner for extending the benefit of the circular bearing no. 2081 -Edn (CS)/10M-83/2019 dated December 23, 2019, issued by the Higher Education Department, Government of West Bengal, but till date the Director of Public Instructions has not taken any decision in this regard.

In my view this writ petition need not be kept pending before this court.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Director of Public Instructions to consider the representation dated January 11, 2021,

appearing at page 78 of the writ petition, within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order. Before taking the decision, the Director of Public Instructions shall hear the petitioner and the representative of the college.

Accordingly, WPA 21688 of 2022 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
