Review of the order dated 31.07.2023 passed by this Court is sought on the ground that in the third paragraph of the first page of the aforesaid order it has been incorrectly mentioned that a certified copy of the judgement of the Court below was ready on 04.04.2012. 2.

The same is incorrect. It is the application for certified copy that was made on 04.04.2012.

In that view of the matter, the expression "on 04.04.2012" in the third line of the third paragraph of the first page of the order dated 31.07.2023 shall stand deleted.

Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 31.07.2023.

This Court does not find any other ground for review of the said order. The decision of Dwarika Prasad (D) Thr. LRs. Vs. Prithvi Raj Singh reported in 2025 (3) Indian Civil Cases 188 (S.C.) would have no manner of application to the application for review. 6.

This Court even otherwise approved the findings of the Additional District Judge, Amta, Howrah that the appellant had wrongly tried to blame the Registry of such Court to cover his own omission.

The other parts of the order dated 31.07.2023 shall remain unaltered except to the correction made hereinabove.

In view of the above, RVW 203 of 2023 is dismissed. Consequently, connected pending application being CAN 1 of 2023 is also dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
