Considering the fact that there is a history of absconsion of the petitioner, the stage of the trial and the involvement of the petitioner as appearing from the materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. The application being C.R.M. (DB) 2884 of 2024 stands dismissed.
