The report filed by the Municipality today before this Court, however, indicates that there was a sanctioned plan following which the construction was raised. The report further indicates a construction of 2805.60 sq.ft beyond the sanctioned plan.

Since the allegation of the writ petitioner that the relevant construction has been raised without sanctioned plan, is found to be baseless, I am not inclined to pass any order in this writ petition. The Municipality shall be at liberty to take steps in accordance with law.

Accordingly, WPA 21914 of 2024 is disposed of.
