1. The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent authorities not to give any effect and /or further effect to the vacancy notice dated 19.06.2025 issued by the respondent no. 2.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage his only prayer is that his representation dated 4.8.2025 filed before the respondent no. 2 be considered in accordance with law.

On hearing the learned counsel for the parties , the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 2 shall consider the petitioner's representation dated 4.8.2025 within 60 days from the date of

communication of this order by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law upon hearing the parties.

WPA 21468 of 2025 stands disposed of.
