The learned Counsel for the State has produced a report wherefrom it appears that on 15th December, 2020, warrant of arrest was issued against the present petitioner. Since the said warrant could not be executed on 23rd November, 2021, the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate issued proclamation requiring appearance and order of attachment to compel the appearance of the accused on the date fixed. The accused did not appear and accordingly on 20th March, 2023 he was declared absconder.

2. The order of proclamation and attachment against the petitioner is produced.

3. In view thereof, this application is not maintainable. 4.
