Pursuant to an order passed by this Court on 6th October, 2023, a copy of the revisional application has been served upon the opposite party. However, none appears for the opposite party at the time of call. It appears from the order sheet that 29th September, 2023 was fixed for re-conciliation and framing of issues. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that on 29th September, 2023 reconciliation did not take place.

In view of such submission, CO 3061 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track, 1st Court at Barrackpore to make an attempt for reconciliation as directed by the order dated 11th July, 2023 and thereafter proceed in accordance with law. In the event, reconciliation fails, learned Judge of the Court below is requested to dispose of the Matrimonial Suit No.33 of 2020 by the end of December without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
