The petitioner complains that the private respondents have violated the order of injunction passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Second Court at Baruipur in T. S. No. 250 of 2022.

Counsel for the private respondent submits that he has not violated the order of injunction.

The petitioner is aggrieved that Basanti Police Station has not filed a report in the court below. 4.

The Basanti Police Station shall forthwith submit a detailed report on the court below as to whether the order of status quo passed by it has been violated by any of the parties or not. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
