Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties.

It appears that against the grievance raised in this writ petition, petitioner has already made a representation before the respondent authority concerned on 28th March, 2023 and it is the allegation of the petitioner that the respondent authority concerned are sitting over the said representation. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition being WPA 21320 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the Executive Engineer/ respondent no.3 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and

speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the private respondent nos.7 to 12 or their authorized representatives, within 4 weeks from the date of communication of this order. It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merit of the aforesaid representation and the authority concerned while considering such representation will act strictly in accordance with law.
