1. Petitioners submit they were unable to appear before the Court due to circumstances beyond control. They pray for suspension of the warrant and undertake to appear before the Court and pray for regular bail.

2. Copy of the application be served upon Ms. Amita Gaur.

3. In light of the aforesaid submission we suspend the warrant of arrest issued against the petitioners for a period of four weeks from date within which period petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail in accordance with law.

4. In the event he fails to do so, warrant of arrest shall stand revived and be executed against them in accordance with law.

5. With these directions, CRR 3711 of 2024 is disposed of. (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
