Investigation is complete. He prays for bail.

Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner cohabited with the victim on the promise of marriage. Subsequently, he demanded dowry and refused to marry her.

In view of the aforesaid conduct of the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant prayer for bail of the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
