The present incumbent to the post of Pradhan, Sultanpur No. 1 Gram Panchayat, has entered appearance before this court through his learned advocate.

An order has been passed by the Sultanpur No. 1 Gram Panchayat, in compliance of the order of this court. All the records of inspection and hearing, have been filed in court. They are kept on record. This court holds compliance of the order of the court. The matter is now to be sent to the concerned Sub-Divisional Officer as per law. The panchayat authorities are to take steps accordingly.

If any of the parties are aggrieved by the order passed, he/she will be at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.

The contempt proceeding is dropped.

The contempt application is disposed of and the Rule, if any, is discharged.
