WPA 21949 of 2024 (Sarkar Auto Mobile vs. Government of India & Ors.) This matter has been enlisted at the instance of the department.

It is indicated that the year component in WPA 21949 of 2024 has been wrongly mentioned as "2025" instead of "2024" in the order dated June 18, 2025. Accordingly, let the year component in the writ petition number appearing in the said order dated June 18, 2025 be corrected by deleting „2025‟ and inserting „2024‟ in place and stead thereof.

Let such correction be incorporated in the said order dated June 18, 2025.

The other portion of the said order shall remain unchanged.
