Petitioners are directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Ms. Manisha Sharma, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

Petitioners have expressed their anxiety regarding petitioner no.3, who is aged about 23 years and her employment is being awaited and being affected for the purpose of present criminal case pending. The anxiety of the petitioners is justified. Having regard to the nature of the complaint and the fact that the charge-sheet has already been submitted before the jurisdictional court, I direct the jurisdictional court to fix at least one date on each and every 45 days so that the trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3552 of 2022 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
