Inadvertent error has crept into the order dated April 11, 2022.

In the second paragraph of the said order "Annexure P-14" be read as "Annexure P-9" and the date of representation be read as "19.12.2014" instead of "15.06.2017". The said date shoud be rectified accordingly in the 2nd page of the order.

In the second page of the order the following sentence should be incorporated :- "CAN No. 1442 of 2020 is disposed of accordingly." The Department is directed to make the correction accordingly.

Let this order be treated as a part of the order dated April 11, 2022.
