This is an application for expeditious hearing of Title Suit No.126 of 2021 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Serampore.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that it is the suit for eviction upon revocation of license. It appears that the suit is pending since the year 2021. The order-sheet reveals that 9th October, 2023 has been fixed for framing of issues.

Accordingly, C.O. 3064 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Serampore to dispose of the Title Suit No.126 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. 4.

There shall be no order as to costs.
