Mr. Rajdeep Mazumder Mr. Moyukh Mukherjee ... ... for the petitioners Mr. Mukherjee, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there is a typographical mistake in the judgment dated 13th September, 2024 and he prays for correction of the same.

On perusal of the order 13th September, 2024, it is revealed that in the Paragraph 16 of the judgment instead of "With the above directions" in the instant writ petition, it should be read as "With the above observations." The other portion of the judgment dated 13th September, 2024 shall remain the same.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
