Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the petitioners were falsely implicated. Other co-accuseds were enlarged either on bail or on anticipatory bail by the Jurisdictional Court.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the petitioner is named in the statement of the injured witness. He submits that, the petitioner is involved in hurling bombs. He refers to the injury suffered.

The petitioner is named in the statement of the injured person.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 4548 of 2022 is dismissed.
