The petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Ganga Sagar Coastal Police Station in respect of FIR being Ganga Sagar Coastal Police Station Case No. 118 of 2022 dated October 13, 2022.

It appears that the investigation into said FIR has been completed and charge sheet being CS No.

132 of 2022 dated October 30, 2022 has been filed. There has been previous complaint in which proceedings under Section 107 of the Cr. P.C. have been taken out. There is prima facie evidence before this Court against the conduct of the private respondents.

The Ganga Sagar Coastal Police Station may post a police picket, at the cost of the petitioner, for a period of 7 days. The cost of picketing shall be communicated to the petitioner in advance and deployment shall occur only after payment of costs.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The instructions of the Ganga Sagar Coastal Police Station dated 25.04.2023 is kept with the record. 7.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
