Report submitted Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. Report reflects that the warrant of arrest which was directed to be executed has already been executed. The opposite party was produced before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Nilgiri who granted him bail with a direction to appear before the court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Calcutta on 31st October, 2023. A copy of the report has been handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

In view of the warrant of arrest being executed and a direction being passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Nilgiri, I direct that on appearance before the learned Judge, Family Court, Calcutta, the concerned court would take steps for recovery of arrears which is the subject matter of the case. The learned court would take steps in accordance with law keeping in mind the sufferance of the petitioner who has approached this court and has

been knocking the doors for a considerable period of time. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3557 of 2022 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
