The writ petition appears to have been infructuous. The prayer of the writ petitioner is to have her statement recorded under section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

It appears that the trial has been completed and the accused persons have been acquitted. However, there is an appeal pending against the order of acquittal before this Court.

The petitioner may raise her grievances before the Hon'ble Appeal Court where the appeal is pending. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
