The subject matter of the instant appeal is substantially similar to the subject matter of MAT 1634 of 2023 that was disposed of by judgement and order of this Court on August 31, 2023.

In that view of the matter, the instant appeal being MAT 1701 of 2023 shall also be covered by the same judgement dated August 31, 2023 passed in MAT 1634 of 2023.

With the aforesaid observations, MAT 1701 of 2023 shall stand disposed of. All pending applications, if any, in the instant suit shall also stand disposed of.

A copy of the said order dated 31st August 2023 be kept with the record.

Leave is granted to the learned Advocate on record for the appellants to cure the defects in the memorandum of appeal in course of the day. 6.

There shall be no order as to costs.

7.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
