The report reflects that certain steps have been taken for regularising the investigation, which commenced on the basis of a complaint of one Diya Paul. Since the investigation has been initiated at the behest of a superior officer, I am not inclined to interfere with the prayers so advanced in the present revisional application.

However, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach this Court at the appropriate stage. The Deputy Commissioner of Police, Airport Division, is present in Court today. His further appearance for the day is dispensed with.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3337 of 2023 is disposed of.
