AGP Ms. Kalpita Paul ...for the State Pursuant to the earlier order dated 26th September, 2024, the Inspector In-charge, Bagnan Police Station files a report dated 3rd October, 2024. It appears from the said report that on the basis of the complaint of the Secretary of the organisation dated 15th July 2024, Bagnan PS Case No. 362/24 has been registered and the same was endorsed to S.I. Koushik Das for investigation of the said case. After going through the said report this Court finds that after conclusion of investigation the charge-sheet being Bagnan PS charge-sheet No. 452/2024 dated 31st July, 2024 under Section 126(2)/115(2)/117(2)/351(3)/3(5) BNS has been filed.

Thus, it appears that the police authorities have been taken steps pursuant to the complaint of the Secretary of the organisation. In the event, the petitioner is aggrieved he will be at liberty to

approach before the concerned jurisdictional Court in accordance with law.

With the above observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
