This matter is listed at the instance of the petitioners for correction of a typographical mistake crept in the judgement dated 13th March, 2023. It is pointed out that in the 2nd line of first paragraph of the judgment the word "Central" has been wrongly typed. It should be "West Bengal". The mistake is apparent.

Let the correction be made accordingly in the judgement dated 13th March, 2023.
