And In Re : Mina Mondal @ Mina Mandal .... petitioner Mr. Mazhar Hossain Chowdhury Ms. Mobashshara Alam ....for the petitioner Mr. Madhusudan Sur, learned APP Mr. Dipankar Paramanick ...... for the State Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits petitioner renews her prayer for bail. It is also submitted that she was not aware of the transportation of narcotic substance by her son.

Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the owner of the vehicle which was used to transport narcotic substance. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits in July, 2022. There is no substantial change in the circumstances since then.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
