It appears that investigation into Baruipur Police Station Case No. 1692 of 2022 dated 02.11.2022 has been completed and charge sheet No. 1262 of 2023 dated 10.10.2023 has been filed against 24 persons.

In that view of the matter, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the contempt application.

It is expected that charge sheet is put to committal as expeditiously as possible.

Hence, the instant contempt application shall stand disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.
