Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We note prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merits in January, 2022. There is no substantial change in circumstance since then. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is thus rejected.
