The Command Hospital has submitted a report dated 9th November, 2023 holding that the petitioner has been found "medically unfit" in low Hemoglobin and Hetrozygous Beta Thalassaemia Trait. The said report of the Command Hospital is taken on record.

In that view of the matter, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

The writ petition, being WPA 21336 of 2023, stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
