The report of the Command Hospital dated 30th October, 2023 has been placed before this Court. The petitioner has been found "medically fit" in Cubitus Valgus. The said report of the Command Hospital is taken on record.

In that view of the matter, this Court declares the petitioner "medically fit" for the recruitment process of Central Armed Police Forces (in short, CAPFs) for the year 2022.

Subject to compliance of any further conditions in the recruitment process, the petitioner shall be recruited to the post of Constable (GD) in the CAPFs, within one month from date.

With the above direction, the writ petition, being WPA 21338 of 2023, stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
