Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent nos. 5 and 6 raises no issue regarding the same.

However, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that on the information so furnished, Eco Park P.S. Case No. 58 of 2025 dated 23.03.2025 was registered for investigation and on completion of investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court.

Having considered that there has been change of circumstances as has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner, I am of the view that further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 21453 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
