There is a dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents over the issue relating to cultivation.

Report submitted by the State reflects that a proceeding under Section 163(3)/126(2) of the BNSS has been drawn up by the police authorities.

Consequently, the police authorities are absolutely in knowhow of the nature of the dispute existing between the petitioner

and the private respondents.

As the police authorities are well aware regarding the dispute existing between the petitioner and the private respondents, they would oversee that no untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

In case, the situation is blown out of proportion, in that case, the police authorities would assess whether any cognizable offence and/or non-cognizable offence has been committed, thereafter, take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 21499 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
