It appears that on 08.03.2021, 18.03.2024, 20.03.2024 and 01.04.2024 the petitioners are not represented.

On perusal of the instant revisional application along with the certified copy of the impugned order it appears that the plaintiff before the learned Trial Court felt aggrieved on account of slow progress of Title Suit No. 460 of 1997 as pending before the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, 1st Court at Uluberia.

Such being the position, this Court directs the learned Trial Court to dispose of Title Suit No. 460 of 1997 within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order, if the said suit has not been disposed of in the meantime.

With the aforementioned observation, the instant revisional application being CO 3542 of 2018 is disposed of.

Department is hereby directed to communicate this order to the learned Trial Court within a week from the day of passing of this order.
