This is the second occasion after July 11, 2025, when none appears to move the contempt application. 2.

The tenor of the order under contempt is that the alleged contemnor was directed to give a hearing to the petitioner and to pass a final order of assessment in terms of the provisions of the Electricity Act. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnor submits that, in the meantime, such hearing has been given and a final order of assessment was passed, against which a writ petition has been preferred, bearing WPA No. 6030 of 2025.

Thus, it is submitted that the order under contempt has been complied with.

In any event, we find that the petitioner is recurrently absent and as such, has apparently lost interest in the matter.

In view of the submissions of the alleged contemnor, CPAN 1194 of 2023 is disposed of as infructuous.

There will be no order as to costs.
