The petitioners have prayed for an order directing the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 3rd Court, Baruipur, South 24-Parganas to dispose of the injunction application and the application under Order 1, Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure filed in connection with Title Suit No. 121 of 2017 expeditiously.

It appears from the record that October 10,2018 was fixed for hearing of the injunction application and the

application under Order 1, Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

C.O. 3551 of 2018 is disposed of with the hope and trust that the learned Civil Judge(Junior Division), 3rd Court, Baruipur, South 24-Parganas shall dispose of the aforesaid applications expeditiously, if the same is still pending.
