1. The letter dated 16.07.2024 as written by the Superintendent, Malda District Correctional Home and as filed by Mr. Sinha, learned advocate for the State be kept with the record.

2. At the time of hearing, Mr. Sinha, learned advocate for the State has handed over a letter dated 16.07.2024 as written to him by the Superintendent, Malda District Correctional Home wherefrom it reveals that the appellant, Bullet Khan has served the entire sentence in connection with the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 29.05.2007 and 31.05.2007 as passed in Sessions Trial No. 4 of 2007 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track, 6th Court, Malda. Mr. Sinha draws attention of this Court to the last order dated 26.06.2024 as passed by this Court.

3. On careful consideration of the entire materials as placed before this Court including the letter dated 16.07.2024 as written by the Superintendent, Malda District Correctional Home, it appears to this Court that the instant appeal has practically become infructuous.

4. In view of such, the instant appeal being CRA 539 of 2007 is disposed of in the light of the observation made hereinabove. (Partha Sarathi Sen, J.)
