1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody for more than two years. He is falsely implicated in this case.

2. The learned prosecution raised strong objection and submits that supplementary charge-sheet has been filed after obtaining report FSL.

3. The petitioner's previous bail application was refused on May 8, 2025 by a co-ordinate Bench. Subsequent thereto supplementary charge-sheet filed on the basis of FSL report. The date is fixed for framing of charge.

4. Considering the detention period only order of the bail cannot be considered, when the allegation is serious and if proved mandatory punishment is life imprisonment.

5. Hence the prayer is not allowed.
