Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered materials on record. Statements of witnesses show petitioners had assaulted the victim. He suffered intracranial haemorrhage and died.

In view of the aforesaid materials on record, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
