In my view, the prayer of the writ petitioner is innocuous one and accordingly, the Block Development Officer, Contai Block-I ,Purba Medinipur being the respondent no.6 is directed to peruse the relevant records and dispose of the representation made by the petitioner by granting her an opportunity of hearing and thereafter pass a reasoned order within a period of six weeks from date. The reasoned order is to be communicated to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of passing of the same.

With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of.
