It appears that on 22nd March 2024 an order was passed by this Court giving liberty to the opposite party no. 1/Union of India to file affidavit-in-reply to the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner within two weeks from date, but, till date, it has not been filed.

Anyway, for ends of justice, I am not inclined to pass any adverse order today.
