After considering the materials on record and as no specific allegations were levelled against the opposite parties No.2 to 9, they were enlarged on bail in July, 2017. Order is a well reasoned one and almost six years have lapsed since then.

Hence, we are not inclined to cancel the bail granted to the opposite party Nos.2 to 9.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
