Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the private respondents have been trying to grab the property of the petitioners and in spite of informing the police authorities, no steps were taken. Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that there is a dispute over the land between Sadhan Majhi and Jayanta Majhi with Charan Majhi & Ors. On enquiry it was revealed by the police authorities that hot altercation took place between both the parties over the issue relating to possession of the land. Police authorities have drawn up proceedings under Section 126 of the BNSS.

Since the police authorities have already drawn up proceedings under Section 126 of the BNSS, police authorities are directed to ensure peace

and tranquility. In case situation is blown out of proportion, the police authorities would in such circumstance take steps by way of altering the condition of the bond, if any, in connection with the proceedings under Section 126 of the BNSS.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 21535 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
