JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by T.S. SIVAGNANAM, C.J.) 1.

This intra-Court appeal by the appellant/writ petitioner is directed against the order dated 20th June, 2024 in W.P.A. No.15072 of 2024. The appellant/writ petitioner alleged that the respondent nos.10 and 11 have encroached into a piece of land and put up unauthorized/illegal construction.

The learned Writ Court after elaborately considering all issues had directed the representation to be made by the appellant to be considered and also issued consequential directions.

Therefore, we find no ground to interfere with the said impugned order passed by the learned Single Bench.

Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed.

No costs.
